(a) Title of subpart.--This subpart shall be known and may be cited as the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988. (b) Prior consolidated statute.--Former 15 Pa.C.S. Pt. III Art. B (relating to domestic nonprofit corporations), added by the act of November 15, 1972 (P.L.1063, No.271), shall be known and may be cited as the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1972.
