Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-15 > Chapter-59 > 5913 § 5913. Notice of meeting of members. Written notice shall, not less than ten days before the meeting of members called for the purpose of considering the proposed amendment, be given to each member of record entitled to vote thereon. There shall be included in, or enclosed with, such notice a copy of the proposed amendment or a summary of the changes to be effected thereby.
