Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-15 > Chapter-59 > 5925 § 5925. Authorization by foreign corporations. The plan of merger or consolidation shall be authorized, adopted or approved by each foreign corporation which desires to merge or consolidate, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated.
