Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-15 > Chapter-59 > 5965 § 5965. Effective date of conversion. Upon the filing of articles of conversion in the Department of State, or upon the effective date specified in the plan of conversion, whichever is later, the conversion shall become effective.
