§ 5986. Qualifications of receivers. A receiver shall in all cases be a resident of this Commonwealth, or a corporation authorized to act as receiver, which corporation may be a domestic corporation for profit or not-for-profit or a foreign corporation for profit or not-for- profit authorized to do business in this Commonwealth, and shall give such bond as the court may direct, with such sureties as the court may require.
