§ 8359. Right to wind up affairs. Unless otherwise agreed, the partners who have not wrongfully dissolved the partnership, or the legal representative of the last surviving partner, not bankrupt, has the right to wind up the partnership affairs except that any partner, his legal representative or his assignee, upon cause shown, may obtain winding up by the court. See section 139(b) (relating to tax clearance in judicial proceedings). (June 22, 2001, P.L.418, No.34, eff. 60 days)
