§ 8914. Filing of certificate of organization. (a) General rule.--The certificate of organization shall be filed in the Department of State. (b) Effective date of organization.--A limited liability company is organized upon the filing of the certificate of organization in the department or at any later effective time specified in the certificate of organization.
