Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-18 > Chapter-31 > 3143 § 3143. Custody of property. Property taken or detained under this subchapter is deemed to be the property of the law enforcement authority having custody thereof and is subject only to the court of common pleas having jurisdiction over the criminal or forfeiture proceedings, the district attorney in the matter or the Attorney General.
