Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-18 > Chapter-51 > 5110 § 5110. Contempt of General Assembly. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if he is disorderly or contemptuous in the presence of either branch of the General Assembly, or if he neglects or refuses to appear in the presence of either of such branches after having been duly served with a subpoena to so appear.
