§ 9345. Relationship with Office of Attorney General. Whenever a matter is in the prosecutorial jurisdiction of an independent counsel or has been accepted by an independent counsel under section 9335 (relating to referral of other matters to independent counsel), the Office of Attorney General, the Attorney General, all other officers and employees of the Office of Attorney General and any district attorney shall suspend all investigations and proceedings regarding that matter and shall turn over to the independent counsel all materials, files and other data relating to that matter.
