§ 3393. Notice to Commonwealth and political subdivisions. When the Commonwealth or a political subdivision thereof has a claim for maintaining in an institution a person who has died in the institution, the personal representative, within three months after the grant of letters, shall give notice thereof to the Department of Revenue or to the proper officer of such political subdivision, as the case may be.
