§ 4104. Proof of authority in court proceedings. Upon commencing any proceeding in any court of the Commonwealth, the foreign fiduciary, in addition to the requirements of section 4101 (relating to in general), shall file with the court in which the proceeding is commenced, an exemplified copy of his official bond, if he has given a bond. If the court believes that he should furnish security or additional security in the Commonwealth or in the domiciliary jurisdiction, it may, at any time, order the action or proceeding stayed until sufficient security is furnished.
