SUBCHAPTER B DISTRIBUTIONS TO FOREIGN FIDUCIARIES Sec. 4111. To foreign personal representative. 4112. To foreign trustee, guardian or committee. § 4111. To foreign personal representative. When a share of an estate administered in the Commonwealth is distributable to a deceased nonresident creditor or other distributee, the court may award it to his domiciliary personal representative or to some other person performing the function of a personal representative, unless it shall appear that the rights of any resident of the Commonwealth may be adversely affected or the court shall determine that for any reason ancillary administration within the Commonwealth is advisable.
