Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-20 > Chapter-61 > 6116 § 6116. Estates in fee tail abolished. Whenever by any conveyance an estate in fee tail would be created according to the common law of the Commonwealth, it shall pass an estate in fee simple, and as such shall be inheritable and freely alienable.
