Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-20 > Chapter-7 > 785 § 785. Procedure on attachment execution. Writs of attachment execution shall be allowed by the orphans' court division and directed to and executed by the sheriff of the proper county. The proceedings thereon shall be the same as attachment executions issued out of the division of the court having jurisdiction over actions at law.
