§ 2725. Religious belief. The intermediary may honor the preference of the natural parents as to the religious faith in which the adoptive parents intend to rear the adopted child. No person shall be denied the benefits of this part because of a religious belief in the use of spiritual means or prayer for healing. (May 21, 1992, P.L.228, No.34, eff. 60 days)
