§ 1708. Withholding information. A person who intentionally refuses to furnish to a commissioner or an inspector of registration information or documents which the commissioner or inspector is authorized to have under this part commits a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $5,000 or to imprisonment for not more than two years, or both.
