§ 2326. Sanitation. The department shall have the authority to establish standards of sanitation for the operation and maintenance of any facility, conveyance, equipment, building or other means of housing, containing or transporting domestic animals. Sanitation standards shall be established to minimize the possible transmission of dangerous transmissible diseases.
