§ 2380.2. License required. A person may not operate a Cervidae livestock operation within this Commonwealth unless the person has a license. A separate license is required for each Cervidae livestock operation. Effective Date. Section 9(1) of Act 190 of 2002 provided that section 2380.2 shall take effect in 120 days.
