Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-30 > Chapter-23 > 2303 § 2303. Federal cultural stations. The Commonwealth consents and accords to the Federal Government and its agents the right to establish fish cultural stations in this Commonwealth and to conduct fish hatching and fish culture at the hatcheries in any manner and at any time the Federal Government deems necessary and proper.
