§ 5333. Liens. A marine business shall have a lien, dependent upon possession, on a boat and any related equipment belonging to an owner for the balance due the marine business from such owner for any repair, remanufacture, restoration, alteration, storage, cleaning, consignment or brokerage of a boat and any related equipment. The marine business may retain possession of a boat and any related equipment until the charges are paid.
