Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-30 > Chapter-7 > 744 § 744. Disposition of timber and minerals. The commission may dispose of, by lease, sale or otherwise, timber, minerals, oil and gas, or rights therein, on or under lands to which it has acquired title.
