Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-30 > Chapter-9 > 924 § 924. Costs for summary offenses. Any person convicted of a summary offense under this title shall, in addition to the fine imposed, be sentenced to pay costs as provided or prescribed by or pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S.
