Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-30 > Chapter-9 > 929 § 929. Suspension of privileges pending payment of penalties. All fishing and boating privileges granted by this title shall automatically be suspended if a defendant fails to respond to a citation or summons within 30 days or fails to pay all penalties in full within 90 days following conviction.
