Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-34 > Chapter-23 > 2364 § 2364. Penalties. Any violation of this subchapter relating to bobcat or otter is a summary offense of the fourth degree. Except for threatened or endangered species, any other violation of this subchapter is a summary offense of the fifth degree.
