§ 1311.2. Licensing of key employees. (a) License required.--All key employees shall obtain a key employee license from the board. (b) Application.--A key employee license application shall be in a form prescribed by the board and shall include the following: (1) Verification of status as a key employee from a slot machine licensee, manufacturer licensee or supplier licensee. (2) A description of employment responsibilities. (3) All releases necessary to obtain information from governmental agencies, employers and other organizations. (4) Fingerprints, which shall be submitted to the Pennsylvania State Police. (5) A photograph that meets the standards of the Commonwealth Photo Imaging Network. (6) Details relating to a similar license, permit or other authorization obtained in another jurisdiction. (7) Any additional information required by the board. (c) Issuance.--Following review of the application and the background investigation, the board may issue a key employee license if the applicant has proven by clear and convincing evidence that the applicant is a person of good character, honesty and integrity and is eligible and suitable to be licensed as a key employee. (d) Nontransferability.--A license issued under this section shall be nontransferable. (Nov. 1, 2006, P.L.1243, No.135, eff. imd.) 2006 Amendment. Act 135 added section 1311.2.
