§ 1517.2. Conduct of board employees. (a) (Reserved). (b) (Reserved). (c) Disqualification.--If it becomes necessary for the chief counsel or a member to become involved on behalf of the board in any enforcement proceeding, the chief counsel or the member shall be prohibited from participating in the adjudication of that matter and shall designate appropriate individuals to exercise adjudicatory functions.
