§ 1604. Powers of Court of Judicial Discipline. The Court of Judicial Discipline shall be a court of record with all the attendant duties and powers appropriate to its function as provided by section 18 of Article V of the Constitution of Pennsylvania. The court shall comply with the procedures set forth in section 18 of Article V.
