§ 2395. Other leave. With the exception of leave specified in section 2394 (relating to sick leave and annual leave), a transferred administrator may receive a lump sum payment or other payment for other accrued leave as permitted by the personnel policies of the employing county in effect on the day immediately preceding the date of transfer. Any lump sum payment or other leave payments made pursuant to this section are and shall remain the financial responsibility of the employing county. For purposes of this section, the term "other accrued leave" shall not include accrued sick leave and accrued annual leave and shall include accrued disability leave, accrued personal leave, accrued compensatory leave and other types of accrued leave encompassed within the employing county's personnel policies on the day immediately preceding the date of transfer.
