§ 564. Evidentiary hearings. In any matter which requires the taking of testimony, the President Judge of the Commonwealth Court may assign a judge of the court, or another judge temporarily assigned to the court pursuant to section 4121 (relating to assignment of judges), to sit and receive the evidence, and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by rule or order of court.
