§ 5573. Effect of application for rehearing. If an application for rehearing or reconsideration of an order is made to a tribunal the effect thereof on the time for appeal from such order shall be governed by general rules adopted pursuant to section 1722(a) (relating to adoption of administrative and procedural rules).
