Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-42 > Chapter-57 > 5745 § 5745. Refusal to grant or renew license. The Insurance Department, upon the written request of any applicant for a license or for renewal thereof whose application therefor has been refused, shall afford such applicant a hearing on the question of the grant or renewal of a license.
