Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-5 > Chapter-11 > 1112 § 1112. Penalty for destroying tickets. Except upon receipt of prior written authorization from the department, it shall be a misdemeanor of the second degree for any promoter or person associated with or employed by any promoter to destroy any ticket or ticket stub, whether sold or unsold, within six months after the date of any contest or exhibition.
