§ 2304. Compensation of division commander or equivalent. When a general officer commanding a division or the commanding officer of nondivisional troops equivalent in size to a separate infantry brigade is permanently employed by the Commonwealth in his command capacity, he shall receive the pay in accordance with the current compensation plan of the Commonwealth.
