§ 3210. Educational Assistance Program Fund. All moneys appropriated for the purposes of this chapter and all investment income earned on those moneys shall be deposited in the Educational Assistance Program Fund, which is hereby established as a special nonlapsing fund in the State Treasury. All moneys placed in the fund and the investment income it accrues are hereby appropriated on a continuing basis to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and shall be used solely for the purposes of the program.
