§ 3703. Wearing of military insignia by municipal employees. It is unlawful for any official of the Commonwealth or any political subdivision thereof to forbid or prohibit by ordinance, rule, or regulation the wearing, by any of its employees or agents, of any service bar or insignia provided or authorized by the Federal Government, indicating military service in any war, upon any part of the uniform worn by them as employees or agents of the political subdivision.
