Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-51 > Chapter-60 > 6019 § 6019. Resistance, breach of arrest, and escape. Any person subject to this part who resists apprehension or breaks arrest or who escapes from custody, restraint, or confinement imposed under this part shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
