Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-51 > Chapter-60 > 6034 § 6034. Drunken or reckless driving. Any person subject to this part who while in a duty status operates any vehicle while drunk, or in a reckless or wanton manner, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
