Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-53 > Chapter-11 > 1124 § 1124. Applicability of subchapter. The provisions of this subchapter shall control, in the event it shall be employed, notwithstanding any statutory charter or ordinance provision to the contrary or in conflict with this subchapter.
