Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-53 > Chapter-81 > 8164 § 8164. Opening of bids. In the case of public sale, at the time and place fixed in the notice, the bids or proposal received shall be publicly opened by the designated officer or his authorized delegate and publicly read aloud unless the governing body determines to return all bids unopened.
