§ 1736. Bonding requirement. The chief administrator of a county correctional institution, at the time of appointment, shall give bond, with good and sufficient security to be fixed and approved by the board of inspectors, for the faithful performance of the chief administrator's duty and may at any time be removed by the board for misconduct or inefficiency. All deputies, assistants or corrections officers shall also give bond if required by the board and may at any time be suspended by the chief administrator or removed by the board.
