Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-61 > Chapter-17 > 1756 § 1756. Loss of privileges. A chief administrator of a county correctional institution may refuse to permit a prisoner to exercise the prisoner's privilege to leave the county correctional institution for a period of not more than five days for any breach of discipline or other violation of regulations of the county correctional institution.
