§ 6115. Incompatible offices and removal. (a) General rule.--The members of the board shall not hold any other public office or employment nor engage in any business, profession or employment during their terms of service as members thereof and shall hold their offices during the terms for which they shall have been appointed. (b) Procedure for removal.-- (1) A member of the board may be removed for cause by the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of two- thirds of the members of the Senate. (2) During a recess of the Senate, the Governor may suspend a member of the board for cause, and before suspension, the Governor shall furnish to the member a statement in writing of the reasons for the proposed suspension of the member. The suspension shall operate and be effective only until the adjournment of the next session of the Senate following the suspension.
