§ 6303. County Probation Officers' Firearm Education and Training Commission. The County Probation Officers' Firearm Education and Training Commission is established under the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. The commission shall establish within six months following the appointment of commission members a County Probation Officers' Firearm Education and Training Program to provide firearm education and training in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
