Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-62 > Chapter-5 > 535 § 535. Printing. No contract for printing shall be entered into with any person until the purchasing agency is satisfied that the person is the owner or lessee of machinery and equipment necessary to properly and promptly perform any orders issued to the person under the proposed printing contract.
