§ 1502. Construction. (a) General rule.--This chapter shall be liberally construed in order to effect the legislative and public purposes as set forth in this subchapter. (b) Rights of obligees.--The provisions of this chapter providing for security, rights and remedies of obligees of the authority shall be liberally construed to achieve the legislative and public purposes as set forth in this subchapter. (c) Limitation.--If any provision of this chapter is judged to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the order or judgment shall be confined in its operation to the controversy in which it was rendered and shall not affect or invalidate any remaining provision of this chapter.
