§ 310. Depositions. The commission, or any commissioner, or any party to proceedings before the commission, may cause the deposition of witnesses residing within or without this Commonwealth to be taken in the manner prescribed by the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure for taking depositions in civil actions.
