§ 5305.1. Eligibility for actuarial increase factor. A person who is: (1) an active member; (2) an inactive member on leave without pay; or (3) a multiple service member who is a school employee and an active member of the Public School Employees' Retirement System; who terminates State service or school service, as the case may be, after attaining age 70 and who applies for a superannuation annuity with an effective date of retirement the day after the date of termination of State service or school service shall have that person's maximum single life annuity calculated pursuant to section 5702(a.1) (relating to maximum single life annuity).
