§ 5701.1. Transfer of accumulated deductions. When an employee of the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission elects membership in an independent retirement program pursuant to section 5301(f) (relating to mandatory and optional membership), the board shall transfer directly to the trustee or administrator of the independent retirement program all accumulated deductions resulting from service credited while an employee of the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission.
