§ 1582. Definitions. As used in this subchapter and in the compact with reference to this Commonwealth: (1) "Licensing authority" means the Department of Transportation of the Commonwealth. (2) "Executive head" means the Governor. (3) "Compact administrator" means the Secretary of Transportation of the Commonwealth.
